Teresa Hall-Mitchell graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine with a Masters of Science degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine (M.S.O.M.) in San Diego, CA and studied at the Hubei Teaching hospital, in Wuhan, China. Teresa’s Bachelor of Science degree is in Psychology, received from San Diego State University. She is licensed to practice acupuncture in both California (L.Ac.) and Arizona and is currently a Diplomat of the National Board of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology (N.C.C.A.O.M.). Teresa holds the title, “Expert Test Writer” for the California State Board of Acupuncture Examiners and routinely collaborates on the content of the State Board Examinations. She has worked in the Worker’s Compensation field for several years and is a Qualified Medical Evaluator (Q.M.E). In addition, Teresa is a Certified Orthopedic Acupuncturist and trained Reiki Mistress. As a Reiki Practitioner and Mistress with years of holistic healing experience, she is qualified to ‘attune’ other Reiki practitioners. She was trained in Usui Reiki by Reiki Master, Astarius Reiki-Om.

Lauren Hall-Mitchell is a formally trained Spiritual Counselor specializing in Life Readings and Energetic Healings and is a graduate of Intuitive Insights School of Clairvoyance in San Diego, CA. She was ordained in 1997 and is co-founder of the Women�s Spirituality group, Arachne Circles. Lauren also serves as General Manager for Kwan Yin Holistic Center.

Kwan Yin Holistic Center was founded in 2001 by Teresa and Lauren and is dedicated to Kwan Yin, the Chinese Goddess of Infinite Compassion and Mercy.
